You made me heal
Made my heart grow strong
Just you and I
For you gave me your own one
You whispered to me
You hold my heart in the palm of your hands'I saw you wince
You did not wholly trust me
Yet, I cocooned your heart
I placed it with mine
That happened almost immediately
That occurred right from the start
I protected your heart

Scotch Tape

Our hearts are no longer kept on our sleeves, Those have all disappeared. Now we have taped our heart back together again, Scotch tape stuck best, What is left? We are a crumbly mess.
